Getting General Support

The best way to get in direct contact with the Black Eye Galaxy Team is through our Discord Server. Here, players are able to create support tickets with moderators and staff members. The Black Eye Galaxy Support Team works 7 days a week, responding and communicating with the community and players in need of advice and support with Black Eye Galaxy related enquiries. Please remain patient if and when you submit a support ticket, as we commonly receive a high volume of support tickets. A member of the Black Eye Galaxy Team will get back in contact with you if you have created a support ticket.
